well its another week coming up and i feel great i did my first guest posing this weekend with Chris Hunte the lightweight teen and collegiate champ....it was alot of fun i look forward to many other guest posings in the future.....i am making good improvements in m y chest still i have been destroying it and getting good gains as well as strength

well i am weighing in at 215 which is an all-time high so i am very excited about that.....i have been trying to destroy my legs lately trying to get more mass and more of a sweep as well as a better hamstring drop.....i am seeing good resluts so far i had been doing low reps heavy weight for my legs but i dont see good results with that...so i switched back to moderate weight and 15 reps

well i am about 218....i have stayed injury free so far..thank God....i am very excited to see my article in FLEX i know Shawne did a great job....i am headed up to metroflex tomorrow looking to have a great back workout as always.. i have been eating pretty good and consistent

i am sitting at 222 and feeling great.....i feel fresh ready to kill my legs tonight.....i am seeing alot of thickness but my work is never done cant be satisfied......i am taking it day by day.....this coming weekend i will be at the central texas showdown i always enjoy going to shows it is very motivating and helps to keep me focused.....i have some good things in the works...i am gonna start looking to get more sponsors as well as book guesty posings so i am hoping and praying that all goes well with that

well i have come down with a cold.....i am still trying to eat even though i have lost my appetite i am trying to hold on to my weight...i am siting at 224 now i am happy with the way i brought up my chest no w the focus is going to be on my leg.....i am very excited to receive my order of supplements from my new sponsor Muscletech... i cant wait to see the difference these quality supplements will make
