You are not the only who did that Lats, many people wrote him off forgetting what kind of Champion he is. That's why this year's victory is SOO special and so sweet to Jay and his Team.

Yes, he's still dieting and doing his cardio. He has started his new DVD this week and will be coming to Venice next week to shoot some more, I'll grab shots for you of course. |

Hello DAVE ..MJ23, a friend of DIMI, also from france...
I'm gonna repeat but I was so amazed by Jay's condition and volume (when he came on stage with 3 poses we all said "OK who is gonna be second !!!) but also such a great person !
And thanks a lot for your kindness in Golds DAVE !!!

Hide just came back from a few weeks in Japan to renew his Visa.
Here he is chllin with Mehmet. Stay tuned as tomorrow, we are taking him to the Ed Hardy warehouse to introduce him to Christian and Vincent, he'll get spoiled for sure.

Mehmet with his best friend from France, his dog Flex that arrived a few weeks ago to stay with him for good.
Having lunch next door at Sauce with his friend from France, Lionel.
Lionel just finished 2nd place at the last Arnold Classic amateur and earned his Pro card in France, he is training in Venice now under the guidance of Charles Glass for the upcoming Ironman which Mehmet will also do.
