Ok guys,,Im gonna be getting back into weight training again,,and my biggest goal is to lose 100lbs. I settled down with my fiance and gained all my weight back that I lost, now I need to get rid of it. So a few questions. I know cardio and a good diet are gonna help me get results, but are there any supplements out there that will help burn fat, and create muscle?? I used to take satur8 and loved it. Muscle Milk was another big favorite of mine, I need to know whats out there that will help create the muscle, burn fat and give me energy. Is there anything out there???

My honest suggestion is DO Not introduce weight lost supplements, This is quite costly!
Simply take a time release high potency multivitamine and follow a sensible diet and training routine, based on what the information you have provided it sounds like you know what i mean !!
If you really want a good pill and think that is the best method for you at this point then go for it!!
Good luck

Hi,
Diet may be a four-letter word, but it is still an important thing to consider when talking about losing weight and gaining muscle. High-fat diets create excess body fat. Trimming the dietary fat from your diet will help you trim your waist. Weight training is crucial for gaining muscle. Barbell and free-weight training, which engages the stabilising muscles, is more effective than machine training, but you can supplement your workout with free weight exercises. It features one day for biceps and back exercise, one day for chest and triceps exercise, one day for shoulder exercise and one day for leg work. Muscle gaining exercise requires higher weights at lower repetition. Perform three sets of eight repetitions of each exercise. _________________ acai berry
