I'll do the icebreaker..........

Who am I: I'd rather do the "who I'm iz" intro. The proper intro is that I'm Larry Brown, a student at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and I'm a super senior I think. I'm a journalism student and not only write but I also do some of the video as well. I'm a competitive powerlifter in any fed I pay to lift in. My ultimate goal is to total 2000 raw with a 500 in competition bench. Will it happen? No idea. I may hit the stage after I get out of college, or maybe even before.

Why am I here?: To help produce good quality content and kick ass. Thats about it.

I'm Zach Rehfus, and I'm 20 years old. I took 2nd in the Middleweight class at the 2011 Teen Nationals so you can see some of my pics there, and I'm 5 days out from the NPC Central States Bodybuilding Championships. I'm weighin 180 ripped to shreds, and I'm going for that 2013 National Qualification! I'm a student at Grand Valley State University where I'm going for a degree in Biomedical Sciences with an emphasis in nutrition. I'm also a personal trainer and am working on my own website right now at www.zarfitness.com which would be up in about a week :p If you want to see my current condition you can watch this youtube vid. I'm 21 years old and started competing in the NPC this past June as a Lightweight and took 3rd in the novice and open class. Prepping now for the Eastern USA's on November 3rd hoping to step it up in the Middleweight class!!!
