I was wondering if when you're staying hydrated, are you hydrated to the point where you're peeing every thirty minutes and it just looks like you're throwing water in the toilet? Because i just started creatine, a year into my training, and i just want to make sure i'm staying hydrated enough where my muscles are getting all they need. thanks.
I prefer drinking water around 20oz with every meal, in addition to the extra amounts during exercise to keep hydrated.

Hey Phil, I see your off-season seems to be right on track. Congrats on that, man.

Between the years of your first Amateur contest and your first Mr Olympia contest, what would you say the main changes have been in your nutrition and supplementation to enable the most growth? Have you simply added more to the plate on both fronts, or have you made any significant alterations compared to the early days?
Thanks for all your doing for the sport.

Hey Phil, hope all is well with your plans to this up and coming Mr O. Question, now that Roelly Winklaar is also with Flex. I think it's pretty fair to say a workout photo shoot with you and him doing arms would be HUGE. It's very clear that both of you guys are the top two in arms out at this time in Pro bodybuilding. Anyway that can happen?

I'm just focused on being my absolute best and realize that if I improve from last year, it'll make it that much more difficult for the others. I really want to win this show for the people who believed in me from yrs past and present and also for Colorado. Colorado has been my home since 1998 and the people there love me. I want to win for them especially since this years fires and horrible shooting in Aurora. I'm gonna represent for them and win for them buck they deserve something to smile for. I respect these other guys but I know I'm in a great position and I'll be damned to let it go!

Hi, Mr Heath. I was wondering what your training looked like when you just started out in bodybuilding. How often did you train? With what volume?
Re: Q and A with Phil Heath
Thank Mayor BB for that, I truly hope to continue on bringing forth my best physique year after year.

Hey PHIL, I have bassically usesd the same training split for the past three years (back bi, chest tri, shoulders, legs). I want to change My split up but only have 4 days a week open for weights, with an additional 3 sessions of abs/ cardio. I was thinking of going Arms, chest/back, shoulders, legs instead to switch things up. any suggestions? whats the best four day split in your opinion?

Hi, it's me again. I've got 2 questions.
1. What is your definition of training to failure?
2. What would you say are the biggest mistakes that many people make when it comes to bodybuilding?
Thanks for answering my questions. Good luck defending your Olympia crown! I know you can do it!

Hey Phil You fought Hard in the finals against Kai,Do you think the fans,me too, expect too much from you guys and Dont understand how hard it is to be the best bb in the world? I had you winning and Had no problem with your agressive style at the night show, its your title and you want to keep it. You re now no longer the hunter your the hunted and bb fans can be fickle,me again. Enjoy the win and see you at a show soon. mob!
