Weight Watchers

Postby GPF » Nov 17 9:15 am

Hey is weight Watchers a bad dieting system? I understand they use a points system and that they don't go by your set post (BMR), and that they pretty much preach that you don't have to give all foods just eat small amounts. I personally believe that its some BS, but how can I encourage others that have been brain washed into thinking that its a good system, see that's its not, or is it just me?

There are hundreds of different diet systems out there and they all have worked to some extent for someone along the way. I usually say as long as you can stick to some sort of a constructive diet you are going to see results of some sorts.

Weight watchers is more aimed towards women and older men that aren't lifting a lot of weight and they don't require a super high amount of calories. That's why the meals are so small and is focused on lower calories.
